long time max/maya user here (i also have light blender experience).

So I popped open bforartists and played around for a bit.

the MAIN thing I noticed is that the UI is visually a bit clouded.

By that I mean that it is very hard to distinguish the border of one panel from another.

I think the header for the panels should be a different color of some sort, or maybe should be more 3d.

OR the panels should have a perimeter bold outline of some sort.

Just a thought because I felt like the ui was much more visually confusing than it needed to be just because of that one issue.

    thanks!

    Hi tadopemu,

    Thanks for your input :)

We are a bit limited in what we can do here. We rely at the Blender UI solution. What you suggest is not completely impossible, but just possible to some degree. A very small degree unfortunately. And so the very most Blender themes have the same behaviour here.

You could try another theme, and check if that fits your needs better. Every Blender theme works also in Bforartists. And can be chosen and installed in the User Preferences in the Themes tab. But they all have the same problem than the Bforartists standard theme.
