    No. This size is hardcoded, fitting to the UI elements.

    What you can do is to scale the whole UI bigger or smaller in the Preferences.

    You can also scale the sidebars or property editor (along with it’s icons) with CTRL+Middle click and drag, but this doesn’t work in all areas of the UI. As Reiner pointed out, you can change overall scale of the UI in the preferences.
