Some user with a 4k screen ? Ui size question

    Hi everyone,

    thanks for this version of Blender, it’s another good reason too learn this software. But i have a big problem. I have a 4k screen in 28p, the icons and  text are so small my eyes are burn after 15 minutes of exploration. In the user interface we can resize texte, space in many sections but the icons and a lot’s of texte stays small and in a big disorder.

    I don’t find some solution or adivce about that. I forgot a section or a function ?

    Hi Clement.

    Go into the User Preferences. To the System Tab. Here increase the DPI vlaues to your needs. Then save the User Preferences.

    Hello! Instead of creating a new thread I thought I could just ask in here. Is there a way to only increase the size of the icons? They are quite tiny at the moment, and I would rather not have to resize the entire UI minimizing my overall workspace just to get larger icons.

    Hi Nilsson,

    Unfortunately not. You have to scale the whole UI. There is also a way to scale the tool shelf bigger. Hover with the mouse over it, holt down Ctrl, and drag with the mouse. To reset this scaling hover with the mouse over the tool shelf, and press the home key.
