We have reached a milestone release. It marks the end of the first rough development cycle. This release brings tabs to switch between the animation editors. To switch between Outliner and Properties Editor. And adds tabs to switch between the most important standard layouts. New is the Wire Tools Addon from Lapineige. New is the Smart Delete addon. The Animation layout is revamped. And a few other minor changes.

- Developed and added the Smart Delete Addon for delete in Edit mode. Now Smart Delete does the delete job in Edit mode with meshes. Made the Delete menu quiz to be called with ctrl delete. Removed the single hotkeys for vertice, edge and face delete

- Minor bugfix for compiling on some linux distributions. There seems to be an error with setting Boost_USE_STATIC_LIBS when activating WITH_STATIC_LIBS.
