Note that we don’t officially support the VSE in Bforartists. And so we will not include addons for it neither.

I got confused. There are a couple of VSE addons already included in this version that are not included with Blender…? So I though adding that one would not be that much different.

Odd. Are you sure? Those addons should also exist in the official Blender version since we include the addons that are in the Blender repository

Had a quick look at my 2.78 installation, and those addons are not included. Maybe they are in the 2.78c version?

The Bforartists had the VSE addons under the testing section.

Hm, never noticed that they have fewer addons onboard. It seems that they exclude some of the addons from the repository. Bforartists includes all of them. One more reason to use Bforartists instead of Blender
