We have a new version of Bforartists ready. Version 2.2.0

The binary downloads can as usual also be found in the download section.

Bforartists 2.2.0 is a bug fix and maintenance release. It brings the fixes from Blender 2.83.1 LTS. And some smaller corrections and fixes that we have found at our way through the missing manual chapters and creating the quickstart tutorial videos. Bforartists 2.2.0 is based on Blender 2.90 Alpha.

The usual thanks goes to the team and everybody involved and who has supported us. You have helped to make Bforartists possible. Have fun with the new version – Reiner

Ah well how about that! A nice pleasant surprise. I pushed this to the socials. I am sure the fans will like it, the last release was a little unstable, this helps a lot.

I was surprised about the Blender release ^^

I hope this version is a bit more stable. It has lots of fixes from 2.8.3. But it is still based at 2.90 Alpha. And includes quite a few unfinished features. Am currently at elaborating what the vertex colors in sculpting are good for, and how these tools are meant to work.
