I am honestly lost with your question 🙂
When you start to render then the render view comes up. With Eevee as the renderer you should quickly see a result. Eevee is the default renderer. With Cycles as the renderer you will notice that the image gets rendered bit by bit. Is this the samples that you are looking for? Or are you searching for the sample rate to increase the quality?
