Zoom Border versus Zoom to Border

Name inconsistency. Menu has menu item Zoom Border. The search in 3D View, which can be called by spacebar, just displays item Zoom to Border. So when you type in Zoom Border you don't get a result.

The Blender developers declined the bug report. Explanation: Search in the 3D View does a low level search at the operators. While the menu is at a higher level, and allowed to be renamed. Means different names for low level operator names and menu item labels is intended behaviour.

For me it stays a usability issue. The search should find the menu item name, which is Zoom Border in this case. And not the operator name, which is Zoom to Border. The user does not know the Operator name. He can just search for the menu name.

We have two ways to fix this. The easy way would be to relabel the Zoom Border Tool to Zoom to Border. The harder way would be to change the operator name. Not sure if the second would be a wise decision really, since the operator is connected at more than one place.

Or we change both to Borderzoom ...

Renaming the operator from Zoom to Border to Zoom Border made most sense. Users knows Zoom Border, and the operator itself is zoom_border.

While at it, also changed the tooltip to give really a tip about using the tool. And removed the dots behind the tool names Render Border, Zoom Border and Clipping Border, which is visual noise.
