Select Linked hotkey in Edit mode

Bforartists Tracker

We have select linked in the menu. And we have two different hotkeys for select linked in the Input. L and Shift L. They are not the same. See RNA node. The one in the menu is just to select the linked. Not to deselect it. That's the job for Shift L.

Either way. This functionality has no menu entry. A functionality without menu entry is no go.

Task: find out what the difference is, and if it makes sense to keep both select linked nodes.
Task: add menu entry. Then remove hotkey.

Problem also exists for Curve

Here we have another obvious task. In normal edit mode the tool is called Linked. In Curve Mode it is called Select Linked. But that's another task.

Okay, the difference is that the linked_pick works with the mouse over the object. The menu item works with the current selected object.

We cannot remove the hotkeys since we would loose the functionality then. But let's add both select_pick menu items to the menu. So that the user can at least change the hotkey if needed.
