Prototyping for QT implementation

We have still to decide if and how we can use QT, or if we continue with the Blender UI solution before we can go on with the UI development.

The first step is to have a new editor type window available. Where we can play around with QT then. Preferable the Object Info Panel, where not this much is in the way. But a blank Inspector editor would also do the job.

The two new editor type windows tasks already exists here:

http://www.bforartists.de/content/new-editor-type-inspector
http://www.bforartists.de/content/new-editor-type-object-info

When at least one of it is working and implemented then we will do the needed prototyping to explore the posibilities.

Postponed until one of the new editor types is ready and working.

No Qt implementation makes this issue obsolete. Closing.
