Object Mode, remove Specials menu

The Special menu is one of those bullshit UI decisions in Blender. A so called specials menu that nobody needs. Nothing special anywhere. Some menu items are double entries, some are odd functionality that nobody uses. Can be called by hotkey G

This special menu has various different content, dependand of what object is selected. Needs further investigation.

Let's go through.

Note, you can adjust the very most settings from the specials menu also in the Properties editor. But there the info is burried. While in the surface the info could be top level. And even more important, can be hotkeyed.

The million dollar question here is where to add this menu. Tool shelf, or traditional menu. It's adjusting settings, so in the end it will go into our still to create Inspector. But for now? Hm. Let's put the object related menu items into the Object menu for now.

With Camera:

Camera Lens Angle - Needs Menu entry
Camera Lens Scale - Needs Menu entry
DOF Distance - Needs Menu entry

With Curve / Font

Extrude Size - Needs Menu entry
Width Size - Needs Menu entry

With Empty

Empty Draw Size - Needs Menu entry

With Lamp

Several changing settings, dependant of lamp type - Needs Menu entries

And then there was Restrict Render unselected and Clear all Restrict Render  - Needs Menu entry in View menu.
