Move Film Transparent toggle to Output RGBA selector - Cycles Render Properties

I had a small issue trying to render out image files with transparent background in Cycles. You can change the RGBA of the PNG format like in the Blender Internal, but with Cycles this won't do anything, it would not fix this issue of not having the alpha channel rendered in Cycles.

Then in a weird place and some googling I found that you have to tell Cycles to render out Transparency with a toggle in the Film section.. which didin't make a lot of sense.

Maybe this should be grouped with or applied to the the Output RGBA settings of images that support RGBA?

Yup. I also wondered about this one more than once already. But haven't made it an issue yet. I wonder why. Thanks for doing so Smile

The same issue exists for Blender Internal. The transparent feature is also in another panel.

Now let's find out if we can display menu items in connection with the chosen renderer.

This is something for grey hairs again. The panel says COMPAT_ENGINES = {'BLENDER_RENDER'} , but displays with Cycles. The if statement to distinguish between BI and Cycles doesn't throw an error, but doesn't work neither. Ah, development ...

Beautiful! You're the man. And it makes more sense with the new names.
