Clean up the delete menu

A clean up of the the delete quiz, pardon, delete menu is more than necessary. Dissolve, edge collapse and edge loops delete are union operations, not delete operations. And should be in the tools section.

Ideally pressing delete should simply delete the current selected element without any further questions. Be it in the Object mode, here we still get the "oh really?" nagscreen. Be it in the Edit mode by deleting a face, and dissolve a edge and vertice. That's how it was in trueSpace. It's simpler, more convenient and faster.

Let's finish this one. The confirmation dialogues for deleting in obj mode for example are already gone. Also some other delete menus are already removed. Remains the delete menu in edit mode for editing mesh geometry. Which is pretty full.

I will not remove this delete quiz completely in this step. Still needs further thinking. This would need a bigger change at the code base anyways to make the delete dependand of what is selected. But in this step i will redistribute the non-delete operations into the traditional menus. Which are the dissolve operations. Good place is the tool shelf.

What remains in the delete menu is the vertices, edges and faces deletion menu items, plus the delete edgeloop. The rest goes into the tool shelf. And i guess i will add some hotkeys

Fixed in master

https://github.com/Bforartists/Bforartists/commit/b32a1abbcfc967c0e05bfb...

Dissolve is in tool shelf now. Added three hotkeys so that you don't need the delete menu to delete edges faces or vertices anymore.
